Stacy Bias
Stacy Bias is an activist, college speaker and entrepreneur located in the Pacific Northwest. Another client with a wide variety of projects and interest, Stacy needed her site to be both a repository for ongoing projects and a way to invite further bookings for her activism. Because the topics that Stacy speaks on are often considered controversial, it was important to convey Stacy with warmth, humor and charm.
We used a vibrant, but warm color palette with lots of fun shapes and gradients to help Stacy get the message across that, even though the subjects she speaks about are serious, she wasn't one to take her own self too seriously.
We kept projects and workshops front and center on every page to give Stacy's audience a good idea of who she is, no matter what page they entered her site from, and we chose a fun but feisty photo of her to use as the centerpiece of the site's header.
